The Programme for Cooperation with Emerging Markets (PSOM) of the Dutch government promotes joint investments of Dutch and Indonesian companies. PSOM aims to transfer technology, open up international markets, generate employment and boost the capacity of the local private sector. Under PSOM a part – up to 50 % - of the investment costs of a Dutch – Indonesian joint venture during the pilot phase of 2 years will be reimbursed. Projects under PSOM must result in visible spin-offs or follow-up investments and should be relevant to sustainable development. The EVD, the Agency for International Business and Cooperation invites companies twice a year to submit a tender proposal. The first tender of 2007 is opened until Wednesday 28 February. Applicants can use the form available on the internet (
